Installation and assembly

Assembly of the stove is done according to the suggestions included in assembly manual.

Stove's foundation

Installation of the chamotte storage heating stove should be conducted on a surface of adequate load capacity due to its heavy weight (960 kg). In case of a too low load capacity, it is required to consult architect or apply an appropriate plate that distributes load onto a larger surface. The stove occupy about 0.5 m2 of space. An additional surface load of the tile casing should be taken into consideration.

The stability of surface, assembly base, tightening of screws and level of assembly should not raise any doubts for correct and long-term operation.

Connecting the stove to chimney

Connection works should be conducted during the stage of assembling the first and the second layer. The stove is connected to a chimney after joining stove's connecting pipe with the chimney (with a straight steel flue gas pipe or the so-called swivel elbow). Pipe connection should be as short as possible because of values of draught and aesthetics of assembly. When the device is connected, adjustments and levelling of mounting plate are prohibited.

Air supply

The prepared mounting plate with an airflow duct reduction should be connected to fresh air feed, which is supplied from the outside of the room. The best possible effect can be reached by making certain that air intake is not too humid and cold and at the same time it is initially heated. The air dumper should work only in two positions: "Z" - closed and "O" - open. As far as safety is concerned, it is worth to protect inlets or grates against clogging as well as against children and pets. Assembling all the elements of the stove according to documentation and joining connecting pipe with chimney end the assembly work. Due to high humidity of the mortar, the body of the stove should be self-dried for some time depending on the conditions that apply in the room. Inspection of joints between modules should be conducted. In case of any losses, supplement with the same mortar.
