For whom is the stove?
Tiled wood-fired stoves are among the cheapest energy sources for living quarters. Taking into account space preparation, purchase costs, fuel storeroom and (most of all) the costs of fuel, the storage heating stove is becoming an alternative that offers attractive price and ease of maintenance. Of course, it is necessary to secure an appropriate quality of fuel and ensure correct operation.
The produced energy is recommended for people, who suffer from an allergy to dust and unfavourable conditions, which may arise from convection heating.
Main advantages of TermoKaust®
Safe
The fireproof certified A30t chamotte with increased density was used to construction forms. This is typical material applied for cumulating and buffering thermal energy.
Solid
The weight of all elements amount to nearly 1000kg. In this construction, each kilogram of wood corresponds to about 100kg of the stove's weight during 2.5 hours of combustion and 12 hours of heating.
Ecological
Our device is a stove, because thermal energy produced as a result of internal fuel combustion heats the walls of the furnace and goes outside. Economical
The undeniable advantage of the TermoKaust® construction is application of modules, which are directly heated by fire and streams of flue gas. What is more, the passes and chambers of the stove's operating space constitute a mass, which absorbs heat. Such a solution is rare in modular and systemic types of construction.
Controlled process of burning
Storage mass, particularly in our stove, allows this violent combustion process. We don't have to take care of the fact that energy escapes to chimney. The construction has been designed in such a way to prevent it. Other circumstances should be taken into consideration when the storage mass has heated up. Chamotte heats up to its maximum critical values and transfers heat towards chimney. That is why we recommend burning specified batches of firewood. It's cheaper and more comfortable.
We selected storage mass in a way to secure its fast heating and slow transferring. In the cycle of 24-hour combustion and stove operation, the mass should not cool down below half of its average maximal value i.e. weighted average. Results specified in technical data show 12 hours of accumulation, but these are results from nominal values starting from cold stove. During daily use and regular operation, we receive significantly better results of heat accumulation time. The time effectively changes into all-day accumulation, particularly when the stove is assisted by another heating system.
